With a breadth of experience working within sales and business development roles that spans more than a decade, Bruno Urbani provides the Hot Zone team with strategic organizational growth expertise. Focused on working with clients to find solutions for the challenges that they’re facing, and expanding the company’s customer-base and reach even further, Bruno’s vision is integral to the future of Hot Zone and the training and services it provides.

Serving as Hot Zone’s Business Development Executive, Bruno’s role and responsibilities are directly related to the identification of opportunities and growth potential of the company. Charged with the development of a sales and marketing strategy as well as the cultivation of additional revenue streams, Bruno leverages superior interpersonal and client relationship skills in order to communicate the value of Hot Zone’s offering and increase the awareness of the brand within the Kitchener-Waterloo region and surrounding area.

Educated within Fanshawe College’s Business and Marketing program, Bruno has since amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience serving critical sales and marketing functions within in number of different industries, including manufacturing, healthcare and construction, before becoming involved in the health and safety space. His understanding of the processes involved, recognition of the importance of excellent customer service and adept ability to help organizations grow, make Bruno an invaluable member of the Hot Zone team.

A family-oriented professional with a passion for upholding the health and safety of others, Bruno approaches his job with an unwavering dedication toward educating and informing businesses and individuals everywhere of the importance of continuous training in order to deepen their understanding of proper health and safety practices in the workplace. And, with a penchant to continue growing the Hot Zone brand, enhancing current client relationships while growing new ones, he aims to ensure the ever-increasing relevance and positive trajectory of the company.
