Whether its a retail environment, construction, or telecommunications work, employers are required to train their staff on how to safely transport, use and store ladders.

- Identify types of ladders and their uses and limitations
- Explain the advantages and disadvantages of using ladders to work at heights
- Identification of situations in which ladders could be used safely, and when alternate means of access should be used
- Explain how to inspect and care for ladders

- Practical setup, use and take down of all types of ladders applicable to your workplace
