Standard First Aid, CPR Level C and AED Training Course Summary:
First aid training is critical for the workplace as well as at home. In Ontario, employers have a legal requirement to have at least one employee trained in first aid based on the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act's Regulation 1101 - First Aid Requirements.
For employers with 5 or less employees per shift, Emergency First Aid Training is required.
For employers with more than 5 employees per shift, Standard First Aid Training is required.

- The EMS system
- Check, Call, Care
- Airway emergencies
- Breathing and Circulation emergencies
- First aid for respiratory and cardiac arrest
- Wound care
- Head, neck and spinal injuries
- Bone, muscle and joint injuries
- Sudden Medical Emergencies
- Environmental Illnesses
- Poisons
Includes all other content required by legislation.
