Office Administrator

Ly Ung joined the Hot Zone Training Consultants Inc. team in 2022 and is one of our valued Office Administrators.

Ly oversees the daily operations of the office, including financial matters, and customer service; she is likely to be one of the friendly voices you hear when you give us a call. Ly possesses excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Prior to working at Hot Zone, Ly was a sales and service agent in the insurance industry. During this time, she obtained several Professional Designations, focusing on risk management. Ly also served the Joint Health and Safety Committee giving her valuable background knowledge of health and safety procedures and regulations.
