Confined/ Restricted Space Assessment and Consultation

Identifying those spaces within your facility, that would meet the Ministry definition for being Confined or Restricted, can be a difficult undertaking. Let Hot Zone’s experienced staff take the stress and responsibility for this obligation away from your staff.

Service will include:

  • Full review of your existing assessments and CS related documentation prior to any onsite assessments
  • Site visit and physical assessment time to properly evaluate all existing/potential confined/restricted spaces within your facility (s). Consultant will require the attendance of any staff trusted with entries to gain a better understanding of the details surrounding a typical entry (why is entry done, what activities are performed in the spaces, how frequently are spaces entered, will outside contractors be used for entries, Etc.
  • A picture chronology of the assessments will be undertaken for proper record keeping
  • Consultants report of findings along with a site visit to present all findings to key staff within the client’s managerial structure
  • Copies provided to the client for each space assessment form completed during the process
  • Spaces will be air monitored by the consultants during the assessment process to verify air quality at the time of inspection.
