New "Mandatory Training" Regulation

February 18, 2014 at 2:09 AM

The Ontario Ministry of Labour has implemented the new "Mandatory Training" Regulation which will come into effect on July 1st, 2014. Every worker will be required to prove completion of the new "worker health and safety in 4 steps" mandatory program.  Every supervisor will be required to complete the new "supervisor health and safety in 5 steps" mandatory program. Both programs may be competed and downloaded free of charge on the MOL website. Certificates of completion can be completed but no record of training will be generated. Hot Zone Training Consultants can, as well, conduct these courses onsite for any client facing logistical challenges with employees having adequate access to computers for individual completion. Organizations have until July 1st,2014to comply.

Contact Hot Zone Training for further details and to investigate the unique tools we use to accommodate the depth of this need.
